real steel delta ring question.

would a real steel delta ring and barrell nut fit on a ics m4. are the threads the same on a real ar15 as on an ics or tm gun? i did a search but couldent find a direct answer to this question.

It's close but the threads are different. My buddy tried it last weekend.
