P90 ROF upgrades

So any suggestions on how to make a P90 piss BBs? I want the max ROF I can squeez out of her (like a lazer of BBs spewing from the muzzle.)
And plz, no coments like "dude your wasting you money!" or anything like that. I have my motives. 8)

Highest mAh J-battery, SystemA or Eagle Force motor, high speed gears and a spring to give you around 320FPS, or just keep the spring stock. Oh, of course metal bushings. That's all you really need.

Keep in mind there's really no good way of continuously supplying BBs to a P90. Lowcaps are only 68rds, hicaps blow and if you get the box mag you have to continually wind a hicap.

Use a higher voltage, a weaker spring, and a different (high speed) gear set.

There's really nothing else you CAN do to increase the ROF other than those things.

Maybe if there was a faster motor >_< ...

** harley beat me to it, and I guess there ARE better motors. I learned something new.

To thread jack a bit...

I'm running a 8.4v 3300mah battery in a Classic Army M15A4 CQB...

Would it be a bad idea to use a set of high speed gears and a high speed motor?

I mean... it's already fast... but...

Oh, and bearing bushings. Stock spring.

EDIT - It's at least high speed firing related... doesn't that count? :-(

really bad thread jack kid... at least it shouldve been P90 related. that was just rude. ( I know you apologized..but since you KNEW your were thread jacking so it really does not excuse it)

hmm.. Harley is soo right..but here's a zany thought if you were still hoping for a Hicap solution to your 90. modify the First Factory "Box" mag setup that is made for the P90 so that it can accept an electric Drum or Cmag.Wire the button for the for the drum/cmag into your trigger and Voila with the suggested upgrades by Harley and this setup you could "pray and spray" all day :) Now all you have to do is figure out how to angle the M4 magwell on the first factory setup to allow it.

I actually spend a decent amount of time modifying a couple of hicaps for this exact purpose... Took a STANAG shell and put a VN hicap into it, left enough space for a servo and batteries. Unfortunately, I scrapped it when I couldn't find the perfect intermeshing gear, and when I realized how lame hicaps are.

Harley is miss the P3 N15.
That thing rocked so hard.

It sounds like Man Solo is on crack, but he's referring to this: http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=7562

You can also do piston/sector gear tooth clipping to shorten the gun's cycle as well. You will lose significant fps this way, (I think I read 10fps/sector tooth removed) but will gain you cycle speed. There is a japanese site that has more about this, but I have never had a link to it. Maybe someone else knows it.

I've got a G36, and this is my high ROF setup
-Guarder Polycarb piston
-Guarder SP110
-Hurricane spring guide w/ bearing
-Hurricane high speed gear set
-Hurricane piston head
-Hurricane nozzle
-Systema anti-reverse latch
-Area 1000 bushings
-Mad Bull 509mm tight bore
-IB1400 10.8v battery

I already was running a 9.6v battery before I got the 10.8v. I went into the gearbox to check everything and reshim the gears to make sure everything was good. All parts in the gearbox looked great. If all goes well, i'm thinking aout stepping it up to a 12v battery

If you use stock spring with ULTRA high rof you will certainly break the piston.
The sector gear will strike on the tooth on the piston because the piston is not fast enough to get back to the end of the cylinder!
Using a stronger spring is a must, while cut two or three sector gear tooth.
ROF 30+ is possible.
