KSC HK33K (or HK33 A2)

Well, anyone got one yet?

Want to comment on it?
(first hand is best, I've found what this forum and google have to offer, and it's not much so far...)

Shinjin_MC March 22nd, 2006 23:58

well
ive handled/shot it a bit since my friend picked one up as his intro gun
so initial impressions are : extremely well made/solid/nice heft
very high metal content metal receiver, cocking tube, sights, etc, etc
nice trigger feel although the fire selector could be a bit 'clickier'
very solid sliding stock, no wobble when extended
hop adjust: need to remove the foregrip to do mess around with it

my friend just got an extra two mags in and we should be hitting the april 1st game at panther, so more updates then, hopefully

Mysteryfish March 23rd, 2006 00:15

Ah-thank-yah, sir.

I really freaking want one.

GunMaster March 28th, 2006 23:33

The KSC HK33K is perhaps the most realistic gun to ever come out of Japan. Give it to someone to hold, who shoots real guns on a regular basis, without saying its airsoft and they will say, "uhh, is this real?"

If anyone(18+ only) is looking for one of these at a good price, pm me.

Shinjin_MC April 1st, 2006 22:21

this thing just PISSES ammo on full auto
very similar to the FAMAS

very snappy semi due to the sear
consistant and accurate
but definitely underpowered in stock form; ok for cqb, but you will get outranged by almost everything in woodland

wasnt a complete test, as the battery ran dry after 2-3 mags (600mah NICAD)
bit weird, but then again, it was a new battery so maybe it had to be broken in

soo...more to come later

in the mean time
look at some chinese guy ripping it apart

btw if you want anyone to even consider your offer, you might want to give a general indication of prices...
grim's amazing price of 400 is pretty hard to beat
give anyone almost ANY airsoft gun and im pretty sure you will get similar reactions

GunMaster April 1st, 2006 23:04

I do believe Grim's was used.
Ask me for a price if you want one, I made that clear. They are going to be expensive guns...They go for $311 on Redwolf...so your looking at a retail price of anything from $500-600 or more.

I was talking about people who shoot real guns on a regular basis, not general public, sorry for the confusion.

And, if the guy's battery ran out, how did the gun perform shooting without it?

Shinjin_MC April 2nd, 2006 00:10

like the nicest feeling springer ever
ker-chak! plack!

Mysteryfish April 2nd, 2006 07:10

Hey Gunmaster, just for the record - your proposed price before was between $400 and $500, meaning there's no overlap in your range now. Should we expect it to be $500+ ?

Ghost Snake April 2nd, 2006 07:39

If you could get them for under $600 I'd definitely get in on that.

GunMaster April 2nd, 2006 07:57

Sorry for the confusion. You should now expect the gun to be $500+. If you pm me I will send you an exact price as soon as I have it. Or email me at warfareairsoft@shaw.ca

I wish the links Shinjin posted were in english, those are some nice pictures though.

The Buy & Sell section is age verified for a reason, GunMaster. I don't think the mods would appreciate you circumventing it.

Mantelope April 2nd, 2006 19:04

Yeah, I have this feeling that you said you were underage before...

Ghost Snake April 2nd, 2006 19:23

He's verified, so I guess not.

GunMaster April 2nd, 2006 19:33

This is not a sales thread, nor is it a debate of ASC rules. It is for information/comments/reviews on the KSC HK33K and only that.

I am age verified and anyone buying a gun from me must be at least 18.

Cortexburn April 2nd, 2006 19:44

If you want a " insert gun " for " insert price " please contact me. THAT is a sales thread.
