Earmor help installing to rail adaptor
 

Finally received my earmor and kind of lost on removing the head band. If anyone knows

Youre gonna have to cut into the headband to get the wite out.
The rest pull the ear cups away from the head band youll feel them stop but you have to pull more to get them off the wire arms
