VFC Trigger doesn't move on semi
Hi, I rewired my airsoft yesterday. Today, I re-assemble my gearbox and notify the trigger doesnt want to move in semi auto (exactly if the safety was at "on"), in full auto the trigger is working great.

Well there is only one peice inside the gearbox that can cause the trigger to not move.
in front of the trigger the little physical safety that stops the forward mortion on the trigger. If that bit is installed wrong the trigger may not move on semi. ill link a pic of how it should look but it should be flat on top and tapered on bottom. http://rs86.pbsrc.com/albums/k120/Da...ix.png~320x480 not my pic, credit to the owner. But its the bit in front of the trigger. only other thing would be selector plate but it goes from safe to auto so likely not that. |
wich way should I install the safety switch?
I installed it this way: http://www.popularairsoft.com/files/...dvr16_2015.jpg But I see a lot of picture who installed it this way: http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x...y/100_1091.jpg not my picture |
Always install it the factory way.

Check your selector plate and safety disc also.

ok, look like it came from my cut off lever. How tight the screw from the cut off lever need to be?
Not tight at all tight, so the cut off lever will have a little bit of resistance super tight |
found it, the screw of my cut-off was too tight, thank you all

Finally, look like it only work half -_-

That is normal when you assemble the gearbox. It is the same thing as a semi auto seizure, except that you simply put the sector gear in that position when you assembled the box. Put the motor on, cycle the gun on auto and then semi should work.
