Trying to find the C-79 scope...any help?
 

Does anyone know what type of scope the Canadian army uses? I know that the military designation is the C-79 Optical Sights, but I am not sure how I should look for that on the internet...also, does anyone know a retailer where I would be able to get this sight from? Also, how much would it cost to accure?

There are currently two of the "Elcan" scopes avail for sale in the classified section of this site.

go to somone in your area who is a rep and show them your id. the type of scope the cf use is the elcan SpecterOS3.4 http://elcan.phpinternet.com/www/SPECTER_0_0_Index.htm

the only place i have seen the sights sold that donot have depleeted trintium is hunters sporting goods in surrey bc i think they sell them for around 800 cad.
