Position: Part-time Sales Associate and Full-Time Sales Associate.
Duration: On Going
Hours per week: 15-20 Hrs per week/Part-time 37-40Hrs/Full-time (Tuesday to Saturday)
Compensation: TBA

As a Mach1 sales associate, extraordinary service begins with you. Your friendly engagement with our customers as they arrive and exit our store will serve to further enhance their store experience.

Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
-Greet and welcome new and existing customers as they arrive the store, as well as thank and invite customers to return as they exit
-Maintain an expert knowledge on store merchandise, promotions, provide information to customers as required and partner with management to resolve customer issues
-Quick to anticipate and respond to customer needs and go above and beyond your expected duties
-Build a rapport with regular and new customers
-Maintain cleanliness standards in your work area
-Perform other duties assigned, IE: Shipping/packing and assisting team members work through unique or unexpected situations.

-Dynamic and Energetic, with personality and interpersonal skills
-Able to build rapport with others quickly
-Able to stand long periods of time
-Able to lift boxes (approximately 50 lbs)
-Collaboration; working with others in a team oriented environment while being able to follow directions.
-High degree of self-motivation and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
-Highly educated within the industry, including old and new products to provide better customer assistance
-Fluent in English, other languages prefer (please specify)
-Above average computer skills.

Position: Gun-Technician/Sales Associate
Duration: FULL-TIME or PART-TIME TBA
Hours per week: 15-20 Part-time 37-40 Full-time (Tuesday to Saturday)
Compensation: Hourly Base + Pre-determined rate per gun. TBA

As a Mach1 sales associate, extraordinary service begins with you. Your friendly engagement with our customers as they arrive and exit our store will serve to further enhance their store experience.

Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
-Able to upgrade or downgrade any type of airsoft gun,( AEG, GBBR and Pistols) and troubleshoot any issues.
-Contacting clients with issues found during diagnosis, providing a clear guideline with the recommended course of action to make the repair, follow through, test/verify repair, and notify client when complete.
- Stay informed and up to date with newest and most reliable product upgrade accessories in the marketplace.
-Maintain an expert knowledge on store merchandise, provide information to customers as required and partner with management to resolve customer issues
-Quick to anticipate and respond to customer needs and go above and beyond your expected duties
-Build a rapport with regular and new customers
-Maintain cleanliness standards in your work area
-Perform other duties assigned, IE: Shipping/packing and assisting team members to work through unique or unexpected situations.
