Tm M4a1

Hi Everyone,

I need help with my TM M4AI carbine. This is my first replica. Its got Colt stamped on the frame as well as the grenade launcher, some parts are metal. I got this from a garage sale in Virginia while visiting family. Paid $200 for it. The scope works and finish quality looks good. However, I have not gotten a chance to fire it since it did not come with a charger nor an instruction manual. Its an 8 cell battery pack hooked up to what looks like Tamiya connectors except smaller in size. What can I use to charge this battery? Any advice on what I should do first? Was this carbine worth the amount I paid? Added pics aswell.

Thanks to all that do reply.

if everything is in working order it's deffinatly worth what you paid as the gun would be about $270 then m203 launcher about $150 and the rds probably $75 ( prices in USD since if it was canada it'd be allot more).
you can get a simple wall charger at any radioshack but you have to monitor the battery so it doesn't overchange it or you can get a good charger like a TLP and it will take care of that it's self.

Hi trufret,

Thnx for replying back. I'm headin for radioshack asap. Any suggestions on where I can pick up a manual for this thing. I'd like to make sure everything inside is OK.

BTW: TLP?

TLP is a brand of charger

a manual can for found online for your gun here http://tech.airsoftcanada.com/TM/TM%20-%20M4/

if you get a wall charger from radioshack mare sure you find a guide online that shows you how to calculate charge times so you don't destroy your battery.
