G&G CM16 Raider more of a PDW than rifle?!
 

Just bought the G&G Raider combo and wow it's a lot smaller than I expected! highly compact, it's almost like a PDW than a rifle. Then again, I'm used to an M14, AK47, M249 and a G96 lol. Was wondering if anyone had some tips for basic upgrades, I don't need anything major, but I heard the hop-up rubber should be replaced for outdoor play?

I'm setting it up with a Magpul AFG and EO Tech Holographic sight and that's it externally. Internally I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

Anyway aside from that, it's actually quite light for it's looks. It's composite plastic of course, so that's to be expected. The front iron sight is part of the outer barrel assembly and is actually tilted slightly to the left lol, otherwise it seems solid.

Last thing: I'm considering doing a custom camo on it, its dust colored right now but was wondering what you thought would look good?

the stock hop up rubber feels kind of plastically and needs to be replaced for optimal cool weather play.

It's a 10 inch AR. That's all.
