FCC speed or torque?

I am looking at the ambi gearbox from FCC just don't really know which to get. I really won't use over a m130 but speed isn't needed for me I'd rather have snappier results as I use semi mostly. So any suggestions from someone who has one possibly? Will the torque be a lot snappier at lower spring rating or not so noticeable.

Cheers jesse

"speed" is used loosely, really that's the one you want
"torque" is for REALLY high fps.....REALLY high....

Also have fun with that adjustable crazy ass 1mm hair trigger, I totally wanna try the trigger out when you bring it out :D

I use strictly their speed box it's good to M130 cylinder the Torque is if you are running M140 or higher. Most of the time I use the M90 for CQB and for out door the M110/Blue is mor ethan sufficient to reach out and touch someone
