Plans for 2013?
So, I am bored this first day of 2013, and decided to see what you feel this year has in store for you in the way of airsoft, sports, work, and life in general.
I know for me it will involve many more airsoft games, upgrading my current guns to the tits while trying to avoid buying any more (so hard..), murdering children in Battlefield 3, and hopefully by the end of April be gone for basic training (damn you CF for taking your sweet time!). I would also not mind winning the lottery, that would be cool. Even just a half million to make life a little bit easier. Wouldn't mind having a couple more fights before going off to basic. Whatever you think, post it, serious or not serious; I'm good with a nice laugh. Have a happy 2013 everyone, best wishes. |

1.Debuting my new team...
2.Trying to keep my Russian gear collecting under check. Pretty sure the second one isn't going to happen. |
Running around in circles 'til 2014.

Airsoft-wise 2013 for me will feature:
- More AK builds, more R-Hop installs and other similar systems. More stress testing of parts and testing of new ideas with regards to trigger response, high power, gearbox acoustics, etc. I'm particularly interested in pinion-to-bevel alignment on AK setups at the moment. I might see a BTC Chimera install or two here and there, but I think the Chimera will turn out to mostly be overhyped. Simple solutions win the day for me. - Hopefully some internals and externals development involving 3d printers and/or CNC milling.. I've got a few things in mind here. - More games, not necessarily bigger, but I'd like to continue helping shape the quality of the games played by the player group I'm a part of (the 437 group, which Zack is also part of) and in our playing area. - More gas guns in the armoury and driving my existing gas guns harder to force more time at the workdesk with them (hey, it's how I roll..). Also, the Vector looks very tempting. - More focus on helping guys on the fields I play at with learning how to keep their gearboxes running solidly. I see too many guns failing (or performing poorly) on the field, usually stock. |
Airsoft wise; completing all my missing gear to be up and operationnal for 2013.
Workwise; Hoping the fucking lock-out at my job gets done so I can go back making money. I currently work at another place in meanwhile, but the paycheck isn't great like my other job, plus it's 40 mikes away rather than 13 mikes by car. Familywise; Hoping my little family gets all the best, grow up to see and learn the best things in life and stay healthy Moneywise; Hoping that the money flow will increase. I need a new car soon and this spring i'll have to pile the house, and it's going to cost me nearly 10K just for that bullshit. Other than that, we'll just go through 2013 day by day and see what this bitch has to offer for it's next 365 days :) |
Collect some more gear and finish my AOR loadouts I've been working on.
I also hope to get some more guns, I had in mind a Sig P226, MK14, MK17, MK11/SR-25 and maybe one of those new KWA KRISS Vectors...if I can find one in stock lol. Want to complete this Tac-300 sniper project I'm working on and do some upgrades and modification on the few guns I have over the winter, dont think Ill be attending too many outdoor events this winter. I Hope to take a couple small trips in the summer, one, to visit some friends in Israel, most of them are in the IDF and more going this summer. Also hope to visit family and friends back in the States and help out on the ranch. Oh, and also buy this ooooold Chevy I've been wanting for a while! |
Waking up on the right side of the dirt!
|
Legalize simunition for civilian use, so I can play airhard. Lol
|
Get rid of most of my airsoft stuff, get a kit together for OP East Wind, Go back to school and hopefully start learning another language and get back in shape with the second :P
|
Moving - need a place for the new baby to move around once she starts walking. And to accommodate the move,
Better job - I highly doubt I can continue with my current job if I moved outside of downtown given I start as early as 5am, hard enough as it is right now. Offload some airsoft stuff - I've already sold 1/3 of my arsenal, got at least 1 more gun to offload (maybe more) plus some gear. The less I got when I move, the easier it is for me. |
