need a Glock - KSC or custom KJ ?
Hi guys,
I need an airsoft Glock for training purposes. From what I have read, KSC is believed to be the best ones. Here's one I found for 130$ http://www.uncompany.com/images/ksc-...ersion_big.jpg *** but then again I also found Custom-KJ for 190$ http://www.uncompany.com/images/unc-...-od-ps_big.jpg Quote:
Thanks! |
Ksc are the same width as real steel so you won't have to fiddle with your holsters when switching to real steel. Kjw and TM are wider.
Otherwise ksc are solid performers. |
After thinking it all over I ordered the KJ with Guarder slide, frame and barrel. :)
|
I suppose it's too late, but the KSC Glocks have a much more realistic weight/feel/texture on the frame compared to any other airsoft Glock. It's made out of a metal-filled polymer instead of straight polymer plastic.

fixed. :)

I will take a TM over any of the above. Honest opnion. KSC has slide wobbles that hard impossible to fix. The TM is rock solid.
Only complain with the TM is that the mags fit kind of snug so they don't slide out by themselves even after the mag release has been pressed. Slowing me down on reloads during Airsoft IPDA shootings. Ken |
Just got my Glock from the customs and wanted to write a short review.
I would rate the overall build quality with about 3 - 3.5 out of 5. Right out of the box, all the edges were very sharp, the gun had almost no oil and would jam all the time. After I filed down all the edges and lubricated the mechanism, it started working more or less well. Yet the trigger pull is awful, the trigger bar spring is very weak and the trigger bar keeps scratching against something all the time. Also part 81 fell out, nevertheless the guns seems to operate fine without it. Any ideas what's it for? ) http://s60.radikal.ru/i170/1212/f9/b8675a149ce6.jpg http://s019.radikal.ru/i620/1212/b7/529b70376efb.jpg http://s019.radikal.ru/i640/1212/db/2935a81d1354.jpg |

essentially, when you rack the slide, you trip (the slide will press it down) part 81 and the firing pin can set to ready-to-fire position. I don't understand how that piece just "falls" out. It is hooked into the hammer housing. Unless, of course, you broke it already. In which case, what poor material that thing has.... |
fixed it. part 81 wasn't broken, appears it just was not inserted into the hammer housing and was missing the spring 82.
