TM hi capa hammer issue not returning
 

Hello!

I have recently started a new build and assembled everything together. The hammer cocks back but when I pull the trigger it only returns about half way and it does not go fully back into position. As a result the firing pin does not engage. I took it all apart and could not find anything directly wrong.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
Any ideas?

possibly your leaf spring is not installed properly. just seat it properly.

I checked that out as well and it is perfectly aligned.

is it a custom lower frame that you are using?

Yes it was. And it turns out that it was an issue with the disconnector I was using. It was shaped ever so slightly different than the usual tm one so I just switched it out.
