WE M16 hand guard compatibility

Hi!

I'm looking for handguards, specifically something to replace WE M16 handguards, real steel or airsoft handguards, thaat would fit!

So, where could I buy some?

Thanks!

What's wrong with your current handguards from the WE? More info would help,

I have a tan M16, but I want to add Black ones, to add contrast to the rifle!

Use google. I'm pretty sure that real steel hand guards fit. You can order them anywhere that sells them, domestically or abroad.

Or you could paint the tan ones black too...

Go with real handguards, you can find surplussed ones for cheaper than airsoft replicas.

The WE guns are meant for "Professional Training" in another words the delta ring is AR-15 mil-spec dimension.

Knight's Armament Company M5 RAS was a drop in fit when I had it.

I just, today, picked up new M16A3 handguards from a local seller, whom I found through the ASC classified ads. They do show up from time to time, you just have to check every now and then.

It's a lot harder than most people would imagine to find standard M16 hand guards. Everybody sells RIS rails and M4 handguards, but not something as ordinary as this. Brownells lists plenty of nice M4/16 parts, but it's hard to say whether they'd be interested in a sale headed to Canada.

I too can confirm that real M16 bakelite grips will fit on WE platform AR's, the only modification is a slight widening of the selector switch spring hole on the pistol grip.

For my C8 build, I bought most of my RS parts from Brownells. They do sell the small diameter CAR grips, as well as the full length A2 type. I picked up my C8 grips for about $18, $5 shipping, and the entire package was on my doorstep in Toronto in two days.

These are the grips you are looking for.
