UTG AK problem

I have a UTG AK-47 Paratrooper. The problem is peculiar. When I put in the battery and pull the trigger the weapon will fire a single shot and the stop working. I checked the battery and it's good. I have not dissasebled the gun it, 'cause I don't want to damage it.
All ideas appreciated.

Wrong section.....

But anyways, when you put the battery in and fire once.....does removing and reconnecting the battery cause it to fire again? Does the motor make any sound after you fire the first time? What kind of spring are you using? Could be so many things....loose motor contacts, too heavy of a spring......need more info. Will let the gun docs handle this.

Hahaha, I never even thought of that. But when he said stopped working, I figured he meant stopped working in general.

Well my masada has a problem where sometimes it jams in semi. A quick flick to full auto a short burst, fixes the problem.

Yup its not a bad problem. easy enough to get around. Just don't be an auto whore.

V1, V2, and V3 mechboxes all suffer from this. Has to do with cutting the power before the box completely cycles, usually because of incomplete trigger pulls.
