Legal status of nylon receivers

What is the legal status of guns with black nylon receivers that do not have the CAS regulation tinted clear lower receiver?

A black gun is a black gun, period. So it would have the same status as a full metal gun, prohibited from import.

Warcraft games in Mission BC sells AEG's with non clear nylon stocks and I am looking to order one but hesitant. I dont want to go through problems at the airport if I ever have it in my baggage. I know the flight regulations for bb guns but it may be different if the gun is not CAS regulation.

There are no restrictions on travelling within Canada on domestic flights with airsoft. Check out the FAQ section for a sticky on the subject.

There is no such thing as a "CAS regulation". CAS is simply a distributor who started bringing in tinted receivers.
