KSC Usp compact(system7) Misfiring
 

I have a mag which has been outfitted with the compacts feed lip, and the standard mag which came with it. The standard mag is not feeding enough gas in to the gun, When I pull the trigger it burps the slide moves but does not breach a round. I have applied silicone and the gun does work cause when i put in the modified mag she feeds enough gas to work properly.

Any help is appreciated.

Have you checked the release valve for the misfiring mag? I had a sticky P226 valve and lubed it a bit where the inside pin/spring contacts the casing, prob solved for 226. There may be a small crack or leak in the lip causing the gas to flow outside the desired path...but you would notice all the extra gas coming from the bottom of the slide. Try loading the mags with the slide removed and compare alignment, one may be a few mm off..All the ideas I can come up with ATM...Good Luck!

alignment is true, I checked. I think im gonna re lube shit shnitzel out of er' and see what happens.
