iPad view changed recently
 

The view of this forum changed recently and became a MOBILE view, which totally sucks! I don't know why this was forced down my throat but I totally hate it, is there a settings to disable it and view this forum like a normal web page like it was last week?

Last week on my droid the forums looked like normal then when the update was made i only have the Mobile version and it totally sucks. Can't really find threads ect.

It's really turning people off from viewing the site.

For sure, no way I am comming to the site on my mobile anymore, which was more than 80% of the time for me.

There is a thread down here disscusing the same issuse. The freaking mobile mode is not only being forced in my iPad but also in my galaxy S. I dont really care about the fugly layout, what drives me nuts is the inability to view pictures.

Tried it again on my iPhone, what a piece of crap!

runs flawlessly on my iphone and is mutch cleaner than before... I don't see the problem on my end... For me everything is more streamed line and easyer to surf... What apps are you guys using to view the forum?

The problem is it is forced on us, and I totally hate the interface. I do not use any apps, I just use the standard interface which worked really well for me on my iPhone and iPad.

Yes just installed it last night, not bad except I have to navigate to each forum I like manually, I can't bookmark the ones I like. In the case of this forum I visit around 12, which is a pain in the butt.

I use safari on my ipad and was forced to switch to the mobile view even though I clicked NO or cancel on the popup window. This view sucks.

Dunno, but on Android I can always toggle the browser's identiy as mobile or desktop. Still works.

Even with Takapat, when I receive an email notification, it will open using the browser in the new crappy view. Please bring it back or at least give us the option to choose.

mobile view wont let me access any of the forums im stuck on the main page unable to read anything at all

Yup sucks but Morb posted in the other thread about this that they are looking into it.
