A lot of these places have a once it leaves their hands its not their problem policy and well often tell potential customers whatever they feel they need to hear in order to make a sale. Despite what an out of country retailer states the hard fact is that airsoft guns fall under restricted area for importation. An American retailer may tell you that have no issues shipping a gun and while that maybe the truth another truth is that you will most likely not receive your item because Canada customs will seize it and destroy it. In some instances you maybe lucky enough to appeal and have the item sent back at your own cost.

As for the Prohibited Goods Permit as mentioned on 007s website, you as a civilian end user will not be able to apply for one unless you are in that type specific business that requires you to have one, you are welcome to look into attempting to get one, however I have to inform you that the processes is lengthy and extremely costly think numbers in the thousands. Also on that note a PAL (Possession and Acquisition License) or a restrict firearm license has no bearing on whether or not you can import an airsoft gun from out of the country.

They can ship anywhere in the entire world. THAT does NOT mean it will get into Canada. If you actually read what people are saying, they have said that customs will seize it.
