Power Drill Like sound but no shooting
 

The AEG Is not firing i was just in a game and when in the middle of of gun battle my CA AR-15 stopped shooting and made a sound like a power drill no shooting whatso ever and i was wondering what is the problem ? any help would be great thanks .

Sounds like you stripped one or more gears (that or teeth off the piston).

Either way you need to crack open the mechbox to check.

alright thank you so i might as well get a new gear set these ones have seen its time and i dont thin it would be the piston i recently got it replaced new

I'd open it and look before buying anything. Good gears aren't cheap.

do you hear the gears spinning, or do you hear the motor in the grip spinning. You may just have to adjust the motor height. Turn the grip screw clock wise, a quarter turn. I hope thats all that it is.

There one thing for sure about all airsoft guns,they break down.
