They are quite reliable so far.Many VFC AEG owners reported little or no problem after 10,000 shots. My VFC AKSU shoots flawlessly after 1500 shots.
If you don't trust their gearboxs,just drop in a tm Ver.3(for VFC AKSU) with whatever upgrade parts you want. I won't worry about their internals too much.The stock power is around 340FPS,so i won't do any upgrades until something fails eventually.
All VFC AEGs come with a 30,000 rounds limited warranty.
(It is useless for canadian customers though,you have to send the gun back to taiwan.Only retailers can bring it back to Canada again for you.The shipping cost would be too high,and it is probably cheapter to buy replacment or upgraded parts instead,but at least they have shown some confidences for their products and QC )
The true selling point is their high quality external parts and authentic trades.
The external finish and detail are much better than any airsoft guns i've owned.Real gun trade and unique serial numbers are comparable with real steel counterparts.(All parts have matched unique serial numbers)
