Do hooded jumpsuits/coveralls even exist? -.-

Hello i have been looking around for a jumpsuit with a hood but it doesnt even seem to exist? lol.. i know i have seen them but they are not being sold anywhere online.. only a little toy action figure sized one -.-

The Keiichione April 12th, 2012 08:57

By looking at your avatar, I think you want a SAS jumpsuit.

here's one : http://www.crw-airsoft.com/sas-crw-c...xxl-1509-p.asp.

Check out for the right size, those are Asian size.

perfect! exactly what im looking for =p and yes i would like a S.A.S themed load out haha

The devil is in the details here man. The Hoodie coveralls are actually NBC suits to protect against all that nasty shit thats why you see the GAS mask on all these dudes.
Google for Nuc, Bio, Chem suits or the varients and you'll find plenty.
Cheers

Silverback93 April 12th, 2012 12:12

Just a heads up; I wouldn't recommend playing a game in those things. I've personally trained in them in the military and they make you sweat just standing up doing nothing so running around playing airsoft wouldn't exactly be an enjoyable experience.

More importantly, the SAS's 1980/90's coveralls are also fire retardant (READ: NOMEX) to prevent from flash burns when doing explosive entries.

and getting chairsoft flamed on ASC!:)

Cliffradical April 12th, 2012 13:28

Oh hell yes; the guy from the UK that surpluses these wouldn't ship to me, so I thought I was SOL.
A replica will do just fine and dandy, and will probably be less of a sweat-suit.

I'm glad they make a 4XL. I might not even fit a 4XL lol

Normex coverall provides frame resistance to the whole body
You think? LOL!!

;)

Cliffradical April 12th, 2012 16:45

I don't know if I believe that, I'm pretty good at running into corners and doorframes.
I'll test it out and report back.

If they really are frame resistant I'll save hundreds of dollars a year in embarrassment!

Hey thanks for all the input and yeah not a chance in hell i'd get a legit S.A.S tactical suit i dont think i'll be sliding through broken glass, running through fires, or interacting with chemicals playing airsoft xD. infact the main reason im geting converalls is because my god damn pants always use to fall down when i would paintball.. its really the biggest bitch to pull up your pants with all your gear on haha

OMFG s10 gas mask coming soon for airsoft!!! specially made for airsoft ^^

CRW has been saying that for years with no delivery. Don't hold your breath.

not to mention the ones you train with stink with cs gas

Coward April 12th, 2012 18:27

Oh.. =[ weak stuff dude..

Disco_Dante April 12th, 2012 23:48

To be fair it would probably suck playing in a gas mask.

Curo April 13th, 2012 00:27

Limited line of vision. Though it would have some cool elements for lets say a short term milsim thing (breach a room, man with mask uses a *chemical weapon* breachers die) and definitely for a photo shoot.

my first idea was to get a cactus hobbies s10 i guess i'll stick with that? or are they horrible aswell haha

FoxhoundNB April 13th, 2012 05:28

It's like running around with a plastic bag over your head.

Doing anything with any gas mask on fucking sucks. You'll do it for maybe 5 minutes and then want to burn the thing.

Honestly, when I first saw frame resistant, I thought they were 'snagproof', then I saw their reference to "Normex" then knew it was Chingrish........

Yeah thats pretty much what its like. Wearing a CBRN suit or the gas mask is one thing, but both and you'll drop like 10 lbs in a game just on pure sweat and thats if your just sitting around doing nothing.

Although...call me a nutcase but before I go on course I usually run for 20-30 minutes with my gas mask on after my workout. I'll do that like a month or two before course. Its brutal, don't do it for airsoft.
