Personally, I'd stay away from Section 8. Bit of a risk IMO. Their Laws are based off of American Laws and not Canada's .

As for the price, its decent. I'd look on better - err well know and trusted sites for guns.

HEY!!! This is a Lethbridge Alberta store and guess what? I am from Lethbridge Alberta!!! Yaya!

So I will answere some questions:

I have been inside the store! It is a store with high regard in the paintball arena, and new to airsoft.
I bought my Sig 552 comando from them! At $280 though it was steep, most my friends got ripped off, err bought from them. Since that they lowered prices.
Nothing is in stock most of the time! They get orders in and wait till thats gone, then re-order.
Great personal interactions! They have been quite willing to work with me and my group of friends, lower ridiculouse prices and willing to exchange or credit malfuntioned products. They asked us to bring in a tornado to show them what we use, and really listen to the customer base we provide for them.

If you want one of any of thier models I would call to make sure its on the shelf behind them (ya get a photo of it in store) and then order. I thought they would have been shut down a long time ago as well, due to the questionable legality. A mauzer my friend got was actually tested by RCMP in Sask. and so I know they have been looked at by officials, also I talked with a local officer about my guns and he said 'I think I know wich ones your talking about' so I believe local officials are aware. The mauzer was purchased around Feb this year and 5 or 6 orders have come and gone.

This place may not last! I recomend that if anyone on this sight would like one of thier products that they pm me and ask me to do an inquirey into that model and when it would be in stock. They may ask for money before ordering, this is sketchy if your in Ontario and so I suggest that you make sure its in country before transaction. Like I said pm me and I can call, wander over or even take a photo for ya.

They have alot available and the ordering magazines on the counter, I'll run down there this weekend and flip through to find out if the 556 is cyma or what. I'll be honest with you if you pm me so feel free to inquire.

So CYMA doesn't make that gun. It's either a JP or a King Arms.

It's not a king arms...

CyberGun does too.

So this product below must be a rebrand?

Everything from CyberGun is a rebrand. They don't make guns, they're just a name.

Rock 'N' Roll Outlaw October 14th, 2009 22:13

Correct me if Im wrong Con Murder, but aren't you underage? If thats the case then they are selling airsoft to minors, something needs to be done about that.

Did you even bother looking at the link?

Con Murder October 14th, 2009 22:23

Hey Rock'n Roll, I am actually 24 and ya I need to get AV'd but I did not say I would sell a gun. No, to be clear I only want to be PMed if a seriouse and AV'd ACS user is considering a transaction with them.

Been led down some false trails when trying to get AV'd and so it's been on the back burner. When I do though, would it be unsportsman like to buy section 8 guns just to resell on this sight?

Rock 'N' Roll Outlaw October 14th, 2009 22:27

Ahh well my mistake then.

And about selling off guns your self, its your choice I guess but since people would know where your getting your guns from in country and can do price checks it wouldn't be business savvy to do so.

I was just making a comment.

However, CYMA/JP might be the same company, who knows. It's Chinese made.

Con Murder October 14th, 2009 22:37

Oh of course, I mean I would assume they found them at the 8 sight and then found me. Anyway I would just do it to help guys get some peace of mind when getting thier product from 8. You see I play guitar and often get screwed from local shops mark up, I outsource from my buddies all over canada to get a good deal not more mark up.

knightoice October 15th, 2009 01:54

I still wouldn't trust them. Maybe I lived in Lethbridge I would be more inclined to trust them. I inquired about items not only airsoft, and the phone operator was not able to give me prices on any of the items. The money transition is very sketchy in my opinion, especially all the way from BC. That's just my 2 cents from looking at them for a few months.

KoolAidMan October 15th, 2009 13:28

It seems like the items that have prices are instock while out of stock items have no price.

Love October 15th, 2009 18:03

Makes sense that way. Howd you find out? Did cha give em a call?

cam1317 October 18th, 2009 00:21

well thanks for the info guys, section 8 does seem a little suspicious, but i'm still a little confused, does CYMA make a 556?
