Would the EGLM even work with a 7.62 mag?

Dont think so. Star is making two different ones, one for the 7.62 and one for standard armalite mags.

In airsoft terms, its the same fucking gun with just a different magwell.

The SCAR L is ultra sexy, and the mags are everywhere. 7.62's are harder to find!

I gotta say if I had to choose it would be the SCAR-L. They are the same gun but you can put ranger plates on the L ;)

true, but there is something to be said for being different.
Same reason why the SR25 or SR25URX(?...the SR25 but in CQB setup) look so bloody good....

myself, the SCAR-L is the most absolutely fuck-ugly gun in the world....but the SCAR-H is one of the sexiest.

and those pics....I think its the anodized receiver that makes them look like pure awesomesauce.

The look of those mags definitely makes the difference for me.

I like larger magazines such as the SR-25, M14 and SCAR-H.

Sadly I don't have any of these :( The only 7.62 rifle I have is my AK :P
