If you mean the Proud RAV, yes, it is the same DESIGN.

Both vests are a copy of the Paraclete RAV.

HOWEVER, the quality of the vest as posted by Huang looks far superior to Proud's often poor production quality.

As well, JUST the carrier alone from Proud is about $120 USD, while Huang is offering the vest as well as all those pouches for $140 CDN.

No match at all in either quality nor price.

I would say yes. It seems to be a common choice for Multicam users and is effective as far as I've seen.

One was ordered. Hopefully there will be a reivew. I am still waiting for the min/max chest fit of the vest. The same manufacturer is making CIRAS and Wasatch. I will post pictures as soon as they release. BTW, the price won't be low for new batch. These RAV is a left-over of the last batch sold to Japan so the manufacturer just wants to clear them out.

Just get the spec:
Shoulder to Waist around 50cm Waist around 91-106cm

I'm going to Dallas for a week, but mine should be in when I get back.
I will do a full review during my second week of vacations.

Now, I'm trying to justify to myself why I needed an other rig. Which I don't...

I might mod mine slightly, but I will do the review based on the out of the box impression.

I will give it a go with my Lvl 3 plates in it.
