nope. i dont really look at firearms like art class. However i see what your getting at. The whole firearm makes sense to me up until the stock... crazy FN, the whole FN2000 ejection port is still a magic trick to me. if anyone can explain that theyll be my hero.

No no... FN SCAR is based on AK, AR, and FNC system. It called threesome combination.

XM8 and Hk416 is related to G36 system.

From my (limited) understanding, it's basically an FNC.

It begin ruled out its not FNC, FNH said its new design with the combination majority from AR but with AK and the improvement from FNC.

I believe the Hk 416 is simply an AR variant with a piston driven gas system...

Judging by this picture from Arnies, it looks like a Ver 2 mechbox. :( Hopefully the SCAR H will use something different but I doubt it.

meh, I'll take the H version with systema gearbox and I'll be set! There's G&G also that are developping a SCAR H aswell
