Not to show off, but i actually biked 8.1 kilometers to get AV'd... in the rain... I'm sure that you can handle a little lead foot to make an arrangement for coffee/snacks?

Currently in Kitchener there are zero age verifiers, meaning an hour long drive, one way, to get verified.

There should be an alternate route of being verified for these situations...

There are no active AV'ers left in K-W.
We have to go to either London or into the GTA to get AV'd.
Come to TAC15 Adam, pretty sure you can get AV'd then.

Unfortunately there is not and will not be alternate ways to verify people.

TAC15 will have a plethora of verifiers.

Why not just GO to flagraiders? You don't have to meet up with them by appointment, it can be impromptu. Or, CALL flagraiders and ask when there will be games/availability. They're a business, open to the public. Provided that they are still in business, which I believe they are, you can get AV'd there.

I met with Joe personally during a Flag Raiders event.
I asked him to AV me, showed him all of the proper ID, and followed up with emails and asc and FB messages.
Absolutely no responses.
I think they just don't care anymore.

Call them with a phone or speak to them in person and ask again. When did you go to see them? AV takes anywhere from 6-10 weeks depending on your luck.
Are you referring to another member on the forums as Adam? Are you a collective group of friends all trying to get AV'd... but collectively failing as well? God have mercy on you.

It was back during Halloween as I recall. I'll be going to FR sometime for a game and hopefully I'll talk to him again then.
M0rphine = Adam. There's a fairly large group of us in KW that needs/wants to be AV'd.
There are 2 universities in the region, and we are starting up a club to expand the sport that we enjoy. As such, many members will be new to the sport, and would like to get quality equipment at lower costs. This usually directs to the ASC classifieds, which AV is needed to access. As well, because they are new, the veterans will also direct them to ASC as their secondary means of finding information, the primary being to ask us vets first.
As many of us are students, we simply don't have the means nor the time to travel to get AV'd simply for the sake of doing just that; hence, the TAC15 suggestion.
Please do not insinuate your assumptions without knowing the circumstances.
What we really need is a local AV'er in KW that is active and willing to AV.

I am in guelph and tried to get age verifier status. No dice.
But really if you want it, you will drive to london or toronto to get it.

Might have to make a trip out to guelph/ KW area and host a meet and greet sometime soon.

Can't drive 20 minutes holds no water with me. I've driven for 40 minutes (one way) with the sole purpose of AV'ing someone. If you can't do 20, you're beyond help.
