lurkingknight gave a good suggestion a few post earlier, if it can help you.

you can also order a skid of pick n pluck from uline if you have 2 or 3 other people to buy in with you. I think minimum order for sheets of 2x2 cubed foam from uline was like 5 or 6 sheets and you need 2-3 to do 1 case. Ultimately I decided to use puzzlemat, but make sure it will fit... my case is 39" and I tripled up... 1 full, 2 cutout all glued together to form my mold... I sort of think about fabric lining it too.

I just placed an order for 39" ABS case the cart price exclude shipping is $65.47CDN. However, when I go through PayPal the receipt shows $265.57CDN

Yeah it is a glitch that I got too. Just create a new cart and try it from there.

Hey guys. Just so you know, the aluminum cases aren't totally aluminum. I had a couple of the cases, and its the corners and the sides that are aluminum. The body panels are just ABS plastic.

So dont expect to get an all metal gun case, expect the body panels to be plastic.

Just a heads up. But for the price its still worth it :D

Oh I used to have the double pistol case a while ago. Here were some picture if you wanted a better look. Be advised there is no pannle that seperates the two halves. Its just one big pocket. You will need to ad some styrafoam if you want to prop up the eggcrate foam in the case.

Ordered a 39" abs case (reg @ $109.xx) , supposed to pay $54.xx but for some reason i was charged only $35.xx.
i wonder if they would just take the $$$ and ship me the case. Or ask me to pay the $19 difference. But it was their check out that screwed up, not me.

A heads up to those who purchased the double pistol case: you got ripped off.

The "Aluminum Camera Case Black or Silver" is the exact same thing but much cheaper at $49.99 ($25) vs $79.99 ($40), lol.

That's strange (abs/alu thingy); I have one aluminium case (laptop) and my brother as well, two different models and both are full alu

I guess we'll see when they arrive here; At those prices I don't really care to be honest, still way better than those Can'tire Flamberge case or whatever the name is

I noticed the same thing right before I ordered lol, I ended up with the "camera" case instead, figured I'd take a gamble since the pictures are 100% identical.

FYI I also had the glitch where the 50% off coupon was not calculated correctly, I just restarted my browser and everything worked properly.
