Just another vanilla AEG that fails to bring anything new to the table. WE should focus on improving/refining their GBBRs since they actually have a chance at getting a solid foothold in that niche, if they could only address issues like easily broken parts etc. |
Need WW2 GBBR's.
|
Meh to me, they just want more money.
Not much money into R&D and more people buying AEGs than GBBR is probably going to give them a fair share of money. I wish they used that time and money to release their Thompson though. |

WE externals are quite good.. and they make robust guns.. Frankly this is very likely an alliance with an established AEG producer . We will produce bodies .. and someone else will produce mechboxes rebranded to WE WE has pretty much cornered the market on GBBRs , I could see why an AEG maker would want to plop their Mechboxes into a We branded product, just from a branding standpoint. this is MARKETING gentlemen .. not technical innovation |

The PMC AK is a good example: as the only offering for a fullsize AK it's not the best choice and they obviously have the side folder receiver for the AKSU; offering an AKS-74/M alongside the PMC seemed like a no-brainer that would have probably gotten way more AK enthusiasts excited about WE AKs. Thus far, that hasn't happened. Similarly, that PMC AK comes with a Crane -style stock so you'd think they'd put out an NSW-kosher CQB-R and/or M4 (swap out the carry handle for an LMT rear sight or something to keep it interesting). But nope. 11.5" barrel from the XM177 could make a Colt M933. Not on the menu either. Sure it's just mix and matching parts to create a plethora of variants, but that's pretty much standard fare by now from all other manufacturers and it saves having to buy a gun only to swap out 50% of the parts for aftermarket stuff (which strangely is still lacking for WE GBBRs -- you'd think their explosion in popularity would have more than just RA-Tech and TSC making a limited number of parts. Good thing the WE accept so many AEG and RS parts/accessories.) |
Honestly, I really don'tt know what to expect form WE, giving it's their first AEG! It took a lot of time for companies like king arms and G&P to get known and good in the AEG market!
IMO, they should have stayed with the GBBR market, they're know there and the should perfect their own guns before going into, frankly, a market the don't even know and, from James Chan's own words, they chose to ignore!!! |
if its just another version 2 gear box toy, NO THX.
|
wow another M4... Hurry Real Sword release yours so you can put this garbage to shame!!!
