So, after contacting them, I still got no answer.

HOWEVER, I got a UPS tracking number sent to me by UPS on behalf of Mezzi Canada. It seems that they saw my message, panicked and rushed to ship, as you can see below. The tracking was created yesterday, so they must have shipped after they saw the message.

Which means I will get my two cases for 30$

Are you sure you got both? The Mezzi Rifle case is 14.00 pounds, so if it's higher then that on your UPS tracking # then you got both, if it's not then no you didn't.

Sent them another e-mail to see if they will refund my $10 difference, 11 days has passed kind of find it ridiclous that they haven't responded nor accepted a phone call. At this point I'm more irritated buy the lack of customer service they provide, as opposed to the $10.00, heh.

But yes, they billed me 30.06$ (actually 27,97 US), never sent a single email. Maybe they (lost) my email? Obviously they never asked for the missing balance, nor did they offered a refund.

Yesterday, I sent them a email containing my order number, stating that I never got a single email. I was *expecting* they to claim there was a error, like they did to you, and offer a refund. I *wanted* the refund.

Instead, they shipped the fucking case without telling me a single word. I don't care anymore what they do. They screwed up, and if they try to get the remaining balance on my credit card, I'll escalate the issue to Visa. If they bill me after they ship, Visa will side by me. *Especially* if I haven't got a single email.

Okay, well send them a detailed e-mail of what they owed me and a bit later got my refund of back, lol.

Yea I know, I know "do not necro thread", but I wanted to ask if anybody knows why (almost) all the gun/pistol cases have disappeared from Mezzi.com ?
And if somebody can suggest a good pistol case for 2-4 pistols?

Seems they liquidated most of their inventory from previous sales.

Probably no business on these, so they sold what they have and kept what's remaining.
