For everyone with a case that has a lock combination, how did you first open it when you got it? Pressing the 2 "buttons" beside the 3 digit combination lock does nothing. Taking off the red plastic pieces under the combination lock, and then doing the same thing does nothing..
Maybe I need a key? Which I'm assuming is in the case.. Edit: Nvm got it, pushed the 2 "buttons" the wrong way LOL.. |
Combination by default is 0-0-0. The red plastic piece is there to keep this default number in place.

Well, looks like the people at Mezzi do really stand behind their product. I'm pretty impressed with the service so far.
They're sending me a replacement case free of charge and don't require the old case back. I questioned the quality of the aluminum case to them, and they are sending me the (more expensive) ABS 39" version instead. Awesome stuff! I'll do a small review once that gets here. |
Well so far in one of my 53" double rifle cases I've loaded up a tm p90 and a shotgun on one side, and a tavor with mags on the other. Everything closed up properly and locked with out issues.
My second case still needs to be loaded up but everything is operating properly. |
So I just got an UPS tracking number for my new ABS replacement case, and it turns out that they got my shipping address completely wrong.. again. UPS won't accept an address change until the driver himself determines that it is undeliverable (shouldn't missing the street number and a non-existent address tell you that anyway?).

Still waiting on mine, it'll be 2 weeks if I don't get it by tomorrow. Never got a tracking number, not even a confirmation email...

There's definitely something wrong then, why don't you guys call them up if you're having problems with your orders (wrong colours, or haven't received anything yet). They're pretty accommodating over the phone.

Definitely if they don't show tomorrow. I do have paypal transaction emails to prove that I've paid, just never got an invoice or anything from mezzi.

No case received yet...will call again monday or tuesday if it's not on my doorstep later. The tracking confirmation they said they would send on wednesday didn't turn up either. edit: update finally got my case after calling again on tuesday. This time by 5pm I received an email with tracking information... saying the package just left that afternoon. It appears my order was lost in some confusion and never shipped, even though they told me after I called them the first time that it shipped. Received the case on wednesday. |
